Rahner holds that pastoral theology is the theological field, which confers unity to the entire theology. / will argue that Rahner’s position can be integrated in the broad concept of "science of faith In the present, there are many positions in the Catholic Theology relative to the topic "unity and diversity of theology ”. In this direction, there is a kind of relativism encouraged. The orthodox perspective regarding unity and diversity of theology is an organic view.
